Hiring From Humanoids: What Companies Need to Know
Our graduates are work-ready. Here is what the hiring pipeline looks like for partner companies.
Companies that hire from Humanoids get something different from the typical graduate recruitment process. They get candidates who have been trained, assessed, and proven over an entire year of rigorous, real-world education.
Here is what the hiring process looks like.
The Pipeline
Our hiring pipeline begins before a student even finishes the program. We track performance throughout the year — attendance, project quality, peer feedback, and instructor assessments. By the time graduation approaches, we have a clear picture of who is ready to work.
Posting a Hiring Request
Companies submit a hiring request through our Seeking to Hire page. They specify the role, the level of talent they need (Developers, Innovators, or Inventors), and any specific requirements. Our team reviews the request and matches it against our graduate pool.
The Match
When a match is found, we make the introduction. Companies receive a profile of the candidate, including their project portfolio, assessment scores, and a brief recommendation from their instructor. From there, the company runs their own interview process.
The Difference
What sets Humanoids graduates apart is not just their technical skills. It is their mindset. A year of Saturday and Sunday sessions, of building real projects and receiving hard feedback, creates professionals who are used to working under pressure, learning continuously, and taking initiative.
That is what you get when you hire from Humanoids.
